How often should I do Yoga? While coming once per week is better than nothing, realistically, you need to come at least 2x per week over a period of 3 months to notice significant changes. About Andreas I started practicing yoga in 2012 in order to cure my lower back injury. About Annabelle Annabelle began taking yoga classes in an attempt to increase her flexibility to benefit her much loved AcroYoga.
