How often should I do Yoga? While coming once per week is better than nothing, realistically, you need to come at least 2x per week over a period of 3 months to notice significant changes. No, totally easy and uncomplicated – just come to the class that you want to take, this means you do not need to call us or send us an email to register or sign up for any classes. About Agnes Agnes Lonska. Agnes took her first yoga class in Kerala, India while travelling there for business in 2009. Andreas Simon

About Andreas I started practicing yoga in 2012 in order to cure my lower back injury. The Regular practice became a rutin and new hobby and from the hobby it transformed to the new life style,  I changed also my eating habit, now yoga ist an important part of my life.In 2014 I graduate 200 hour yoga teacher training by Byoga Basel and continue the learning process at the 300 hour yoga teacher traning by Nyama Basel. To get some more experience and to give it further on – that attract me to yoga.
