About This Workshop
Join Allison’s Mindful Flow & Introduction to Meditation workshop on Sunday, April 28 from 10-11:45 for some inner peace and calm. This workshop will offer you a mindfulness vinyasa yoga flow and introduce you to breathing & meditation techniques. Allison has been practicing meditation daily for over 5 years. Meditation has allowed her to deepen her self-awareness, maintain mindfulness in a busy organizational world, enabling her to be mentally clear and emotionally calm, and allowing her to be her ‘best self’ everyday. Meditation is the practice of making friends with your mind. This workshop is right for you no matter if you are new to yoga and/or meditation, or if you wish to refine your techniques and understanding of the practice.

What to bring
- Just your yoga clothes, everything else is there and included in the price (mats etc.)
- All levels welcome from beginner to advanced
